A BILL to repeal §18-9-3a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to county board of education financial statements.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1.  Repeal of section requiring county board of education financial statements.

That §18-9-3a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of code that requires each county board of education to prepare and publish financial statements.
